The IDSnap 2000 is a compact, camera-based scanner for ID cards and driver’s licenses. It captures full-color, infrared and ultraviolet images at up to 600 DPI with an 8-megapixel camera, giving operators multiple views of the same document.
Automatic card placement detection and manual triggering support different workflows. The scanner is powered over USB without an external power adapter, has an anti-scratch glass window and can be used on a desk or embedded in a kiosk.
