The IDSnap 850DX captures both sides of an ID card or driver’s license in one scanning action and reads the document information at the same time. Its contact-image-sensor design produces 600 DPI RGB or grayscale images for front, back or double-sided workflows.
The compact enclosure is intended for counter or embedded installations. A reading-status indicator and power indicator show the device state; manual and power-failure card ejection are supported.
